According to the Occupational Health and Safety First Aid Regulations, section 4. (5) ” Where 15 or more but less than 200 workers are engaged on one shift an employer shall ensure that there is
(a) at least one worker who holds a valid standard first aid certificate unless an officer directs that a higher certificate is necessary…”.
