Certificate Description

DMC’s Certificate program Fostering Psychologically Safe Workplaces focuses on how to lead and transform organizational health & culture.

Our certificate offers psychological safety as an organizational health solution. We specifically developed the certificate for current or aspiring psychologically safe leaders who are or aspire to be responsible for or an influencer of organizational health and safety, disability management, human resources, or people & culture within an organization.  You do not need to have a background in psychological safety, as we have ensured that we define and explore key concepts and terms as they arise throughout the course. This certificate builds on your individual psychologically safe leadership skills by helping you foster, communicate, and cultivate psychological safety across your organization.
